Managing Director
Mr. Kwabena Sarpong
Mr. Kwabena Sarpong is the Managing Director of Belshaw Limited, he has gained great experience over the years working in different fields and is seen as the pillar of the company. He works effortlessly in trying to make the company a better place and also pushing the team members to their full capacity.
He holds a BSC in Chemical engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MSC in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in Finance from University of Colorado.
He has over 40 years experience working in various industries and has served on various Boards and helped shaped their fortunes with deep understanding of business process, engineering and capacity building. He has worked as an Industrial Consultant with GEA Chemicals (Ghana) Ltd. Accra, Ghana and Tema Oil Refinery.
Mr. Sarpong has a remarkable experience in chemical engineering, finance and Business development.
Ing. Nana Afua Sarpong

Ing. Nana Afua Sarpong
Ing. Nana Afua Sarpong is the Director of Operations at Belshaw Limited, where she is responsible for managing the various departments for a smooth manufacturing to end of sale process. Prior to this she worked at Trasacco Estate Development Company Adjiringanor, Accra as the Civil Engineer responsible for the Planning and Procurement Coordination of the projects such the African Sun Amber Hotel, 8 chalet resort at Aburi and the phase III developments at Trasacco.
She has worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation, one of USA's largest defence contractors as a Structural Engineer.
She is a Project Management Professional and holds an MBA in Management from University of Maryland University College and a BSc in Civil Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Samuel Kwakye

Samuel Kwakye
Samuel Kwakye is the production Manager of Belshaw Company Limited having served as a biochemist with over 13 years of experience in quality assurance and product development, He focuses on developing new products to suit the market and also ensuring that all safety measures are followed at the factory. He is also in charge of the factory and sees to maintenance of the factory and the staff.
He holds a BSC in Biochemistry from the University of Ghana and has worked in various industries where he excelled. He worked with quality control at Ghana Breweries Limited and worked as a teaching assistant in Medical Biology at the Ghana Medical School.
Alfred Asante Asamoah
Marketing Manager
Alfred Asante Asamoah
Alfred Asante Asante is the head of marketing for Belshaw Limited in charge of the industrial sector. He is mainly responsible for increasing the market share of Belshaw Limited.
Before joining Belshaw Ltd, Asante worked with Grobo Plus, an Internet Service ( ISP) as a sales executive before joining N and C Processing Company, also in Accra, as Head of Sales.
Asante holds a B.A Hons Marketing from Methodist Univeristy, Accra. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing ( CIM, UK) and a Post Graduate Diploma in marketing from Academy of Business.
Asante is a past member of European Marketing Confederation.
Daniel Hagbevor

Daniel Hagbevor
Daniel is the accountant of Belshaw Limited. He is responsible for all financial transactions and controls within the company. He also manages a group of junior accountants in the company.
Daniel obtained an HND in Accounting from Takoradi Polytechnic.

Kwadwo Sarpong
Kwadwo Sarpong is Sr. Technical Advisor in the petroleum refining and petrochemical industry with over 10 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in implementing and solving complex operational issues that help refiners improve upon total system reliability.
Kwadwo has contributed to the industry through the publication of peer reviewed technical papers in journals such as hydrocarbon engineering and presented / engaged in technical exchanges at conferences such as NACE International, Refining India and Saudi Aramco Corrosion Refining Track. To date, Kwadwo has worked in Africa, Western Europe, Asia, The Middle East and in the Americas. Kwadwo holds a master of science degree in chemical engineering and has been affiliated with Belshaw Limited for roughly 20yrs. His hobbies include reading, racquetball and football (soccer)

Ben Laryea is the Product Development Manager at Belshaw Limited. He's a results-oriented marketing professional with over 7 years experience in creative marketing, sales and innovative product development. He's able to clarify issues, mobilize support and facilitate decision making in complex situations. He has also proven his ability to develop and implement strategic marketing programmes in a cost-conscious environment and collaborating with people to deliver ambitious results.
He's a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School (Bsc. Admin, Marketing) and is a member of CIM (UK).

Yolanda Annan is the Business Developer for Belshaw Limited, she focuses on pitching products and services, training and helping team members develop their skills. She deals with general company development, researching and finding new industry opportunities. She holds a BSC in Marketing from Central University College and an MBA in Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Yolanda has worked as a Marketing Executive of Best Invest Limited in Paddington (U.K), Marketing Manager of Gold Star Medical Group where she played quite a significant role serving as the backbone of the company. She has 4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
